Open your tube and choose two colors: a dark color for the foreground and a light color for the background
Write down the H and S of the dark color
To find the H and S of a color on current versions of the PSP
In the color palette, click on the chosen color
In the window that opens, click the slider button
In the marked location, select the HSL Sliders option

Note Hue and Saturarion colors
Open a new transparent image measuring 1000 x 600px
Selections / select All
Copy the image [background-3017167_960_720] and paste it into the selection
Select none
Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize - use h and S values

N.T.: The next steps are to create a border underneath. As this is an old tutorial, you may want to opt for another type of border, so choose one that you like. In my version, I chose to place a small 2px border using the dark color
