Open a new transparent image with 800 x 550px

Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal

Layers / Properties / Blend Mode: Multiply

Merge down

Effects / distortion Effects / Pinch=100

Copy the minimized image and paste it into the selection

Copy [Deco_NRB_33] and paste as new layer

Activate the Pick Tool and configure: X=39 / Y=38

Position as you see fit

Copy [Texto_NRB_04] and paste as new layer

Activate the Pick Tool and configure; x=586 / Y=392
