Open the material on PSP / Duplicate (shift+d) / close the originals

Minimize the mask

Choose two colors for your tube: a dark one for the foreground and a light one for the background

Prepare a Linear gradient

Open a new transparent image measuring 800 x 650px

Paint with the gradient

Effects / Plugins / unplugged Tools / Radial Waves

Effects / Reflection Effects / kaleidoscope

Effects / Plugins / Mura's meister / Copies

Layers/duplicate

Image / Mirror / Mirror horizontal

Image / Mirror / Mirror Vertical

Layers / Properties / blend Mode: overlay

Merge down

Add new layer

Paint with light color

Layers / New Mask layer / From Image / Mask [Narah_mask_Abstract112

Merge Group

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

Drop shadow: 0 0 70 10 black

Copy the tube character and paste as a new layer

Layers/Duplicate

Activate the original tube layer

Adjust / blur / Gaussian Blur=15

Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Multiply

Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 3px / dark color
Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 3px / light color
Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 3px / dark color
Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 30px / light color

Select this 30px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)

Select none
